Most people start with a lobe or a helix and add to it over the next year or two. Not sure what you want? Book an appointment and we'll map out what the piercings will look like before we pierce.

Lobe piercing
The soft part at the bottom. Heals fastest, hurts least, and it's where nearly every ear stack begins.

Midi piercing
That short strip of cartilage just above the lobe. Small, tidy, and it fills the gap most stacks are missing.

Helix piercing
The upper outer rim. It's the one you've seen a hundred times on Instagram, and for good reason.

Flat piercing
The wide, flat plane just inside the upper rim. There's real room here, so it takes a bigger piece well.

Forward helix piercing
The little ridge at the front of your ear, closest to your face. Sits beautifully in a set of two or three.

Tragus piercing
The small flap in front of the ear canal. A single stud here changes the whole shape of an ear.

Anti-tragus piercing
Directly across the notch from the tragus. Anatomy varies a lot here, so we check yours first.

Conch piercing
The bowl in the middle of the ear. Inner or outer, stud or hoop. The two look nothing alike.

Rook piercing
A fold of cartilage in the upper inner ear. Half hidden, which is exactly why people love it.

Daith piercing
The innermost fold, right above the canal. A hoop tucked in here is subtle until someone gets close.

A hollow needle removes a clean channel of tissue. Nothing is forced through, nothing has to tear to make room, and the piercing sits exactly where it was marked. That is most of the reason cartilage placements heal cleanly here.

first piercings, kids and nervous adults
We pierce lobes from age five, using the same needle and the same implant-grade jewelry we use on adults. A parent or guardian needs to be with anyone under 18 and will need photo ID.
If your kid is nervous, that is normal and we plan for it. Everything gets explained before it happens, at whatever pace they need.

Before you book
ear piercing questions, answered
what piercings do you offer?
Lobe, midi, helix and flat, forward helix, tragus, conch, rook, daith and nose.
how often should i clean my piercing?
Twice a day, front and back, with the aftercare solution we send you home with. Do that for the first eight weeks, then clean as needed.
Some bleeding, swelling and tenderness in the first few days is normal. Sticking to the routine is what keeps it from turning into anything worse.
is a deposit required to book?
Yes, $20, and it comes off the cost of your piercing. Cancel inside 24 hours and the deposit isn't refundable.
when should i come back for a downsize?
Helix, midi and flat piercings need one. Around 8 to 10 weeks in, come back and we'll swap the post for a shorter one now that the swelling has gone down. It isn't cosmetic. A post that's too long moves around and holds the piercing back.
when can i change my jewelry?
Healing times differ by placement, so check yours first. Once you can give the jewelry a gentle tug with no pain, you're clear to change it. Swap it as often as you like after that, just keep something in it, because even a fully healed hole will close.
