how often should I clean my piercing?
Clean twice daily (front and back) with the provided aftercare solution for the first 8 weeks, then as needed. Check out our aftercare instructions page for more information.Â
Safety is our top priority. Some bleeding, swelling, and tenderness are normal. Follow our aftercare recommendations to minimize the risk of infection and ensure optimal healing.
is a deposit required for booking?
A $20 deposit is required when booking your session, which will be applied toward the cost of your piercing. Please note, if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, the deposit is non-refundable.
See our refund, cancellation, and returns policy for more information.Â
when should I come in for a downsize?
When it comes to piercings, not all of them require the same aftercare steps. For helix, midi, or flat piercings, there’s a unique process called “downsizing.” About 8-10 weeks after you get your piercing, we recommend coming in to downsize your jewelry. This step isn’t just cosmetic—it helps your piercing heal properly by reducing the length of the jewelry as the swelling subsides, setting you up for the best results long-term
when can I change my jewelry?
Keep in mind that each piercing has its own unique healing time. Always reference those healing times! Once you can gently tug on your piercing without any pain, you’re good to change your jewelry. Feel free to switch it up as often as you like, but always keep something in— even fully healed piercings can close up.
